Incredible WW2 Willys Jeep Seeks To Help Military Charity

You can make a difference in the lives of a veteran by purchasing this beautiful Jeep from the 1940s.

The Willy's Jeep has become one of America's most iconic offroading legends primarily for its part in the American military. It served as an all-purpose vehicle for carrying small groups of soldiers over treacherous terrain. Climbing rocks, driving through the mud and handling lots of bouncing around while still keeping on the straight and narrow path. Initially produced in 1941, Jeep quickly carved out a piece of the American automotive industry as the military's front-line manufacturer in tactical vehicles. These great utility vehicles made crossing rough terrain far less difficult for the soldiers whose lives depended on their reliability and ability to get the job done.

It's safe to say that this incredible example from World War II is still standing to this day. Under the hood of the Willys Jeepster is the original four-cylinder engine which had previously carried loads of soldiers across the battlefields of the second world war after having been produced in 1944. After being decommissioned from the military, the Jeepster was titled in 1957 and now searches for a new owner who will appreciate the incredible history of this military vehicle. We can also imagine that it served its purpose well on the battlefield as the manual transmission, extremely well-designed frame, and skinny mud tires would have made traveling extremely easy for anyone who needed to be somewhere quickly.

It is generally accepted that war makes people more robust, and this sentiment seems to also transfer over to the various types of vehicles used in the final years of world war two. Being a piece of American history, this Jeep will be going to a new owner soon. All of the profits will go to the Rescue 22 foundation, which will help provide life-saving service dogs to the brave men and women who risked everything to protect our beautiful nation. This means that you'll be contributing to a great cause and receiving a ridiculously cool piece of American history.
