Hennessey's 625-hp H600 Tahoe and Suburban bring supercharged muscle, bold styling, and warranty-backed dealer availability nationwide.
Hennessey Performance Engineering has announced the launch of its most accessible muscle-SUV project yet: the 2025 H600 Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban, boasting 625 horsepower, Brembo brakes, and bold styling—all now available directly through authorized Chevrolet dealerships.

Marking the beginning of a new chapter for the Texas-based performance brand, the H600 upgrade brings more than 200 additional horsepower to Chevrolet’s 6.2-liter V8-equipped Tahoe and Suburban models. The enhancements transform the popular full-size SUVs into high-powered, road-dominating machines while maintaining full GM factory warranties, financing options, and dealership support.
Under the hood, the H600 package adds a Magnuson supercharger, high-flow intercooler, upgraded intake system, and custom engine calibration to deliver 625 bhp at 5,500 rpm and 633 lb-ft of torque at 4,200 rpm. Handling all that power are six-piston Brembo front brakes, Firestone Firehawk Pursuit tires, and a lowered suspension setup that drops ride height by 2.5 inches for a more aggressive stance.
Visually, the H600 Tahoe and Suburban ride on 24-inch gloss black wheels, feature custom Hennessey badging, and include interior branding touches to match the performance upgrades.

“This is a dream build for families and drivers who want practicality with thrilling performance,” said John Hennessey, founder and CEO. “Being able to deliver these upgrades through GM dealers brings Hennessey to a broader audience—without sacrificing warranty or peace of mind.”
Production of the 2025 H600 Tahoe and Suburban will be limited to just 100 units, each covered by a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty. Orders are now being accepted nationwide through Chevrolet retailers and Hennessey directly.
