For the 2005 model year, the Porsche 911 platform was given some long overdue upgrades in the form of a structurally stiffer chassis, dialed-in suspension work, a wider track, and better brakes among other things. Porsche 911 enthusiasts were thrilled with the new upgrades since they have been waiting for them since the debut of the 996. Vicci Car Auctions is happy to offer the opportunity to own this gorgeous 2005 Porsche 911 Carrera.
This Porsche's bodacious body is blanketed in a custom satin Wine Red wrap with gray and black striping on the hood and on the rockers with everything installed in-house. Glance inside to a posh interior that is just as stunning as its exterior.
The current owner of this '05 Porsche 911 purchased the car with a known engine issue, but it had a super low mileage chassis and an immaculate interior. A certified used engine was purchased and installed as a replacement, and this current six-cylinder has clocked 51,000 miles. Only 64,965 miles have accumulated on the chassis.
All work done on this car was performed by Porsche specialists Kelly-Moss Road and Race, who have been in the Porsche business for over 30 years. They replaced the engine, and expertly examined every little detail while it was out of the car. They installed a Fabspeed Exhaust for some added pep and rumble, and a K&N filter for easier breathing. For corner carving, AST/Moton dampers with light Michelin rubber were installed for increased road feel and ride comfort.
This classy Porsche is bound to grab attention no matter where it goes with its stunning good looks. If this 997 Porsche is calling your name, contact Vicci Car Auctions today. This satin gem is listed at $43,000, but feel free to drop in and make an offer on this beauty today.
