Boasting outstanding curb appeal, a clean interior, and monster powerplant.

Streetside Classics is pleased to offer this 1983 Cadillac Coupe DeVille restomod for your consideration. It may seem a little unorthodox to call a classic with such vintage styling as a “sleeper”, but the term nevertheless applies to this example. This Cadillac checks all the boxes; it’s got devilishly good looks, an ultra-clean cabin, and a monster under the hood. This car has plenty of accolades and trophy hardware to back it up. For $44,995, you could own this classic beauty and wage war against some serious competition at your next car show.

This DeVille is dressed in a pale-yellow paint that offers an outstanding shine and features exterior alignment that's as precise as can be. The signature vinyl top was refurbished a while ago and is in excellent shape. What’s more, every bit of chrome from the beefy front bumper and geometric front grille to the taillights and tailfins out back is at its best.

The cabin features an elegant velour interior that’s looking strong and is evidence of this Caddy’s consistent good care. It remains in almost entirely stock configuration, except for the small tachometer that is now mounted on the A-pillar. The split-bench front seat still has plenty of padding for comfort and features racing seat belts that can easily be converted back to the factory ones. The dashboard area is in great shape too with still-fresh woodgrain accents and an assortment of clear, functional gauges in the instrument cluster. This Cadillac also has the original AM/FM/cassette stereo to provide a period-appropriate audio experience. While the weather is still warm, take advantage of the air conditioning that blows cold and strong to keep you cool.

This Cadillac Coupe DeVille is powered by a fuel-injected 383 cubic-inch V8 that's been bored .030 over and wears aftermarket ported and polished L98 heads, forged pistons, a performance cam, and a slew of other upgrades, including a nitrous system to take it to the next level. The engine breathes into a pair of Hedman headers leading out to a Flowmaster dual exhaust. It’s mated to a four-speed automatic 700r4 transmission with overdrive that has been fortified to handle the newfound power and features a B&M shift kit as well. There are only approximately 2,000 miles on this stellar drivetrain, so it's in top form and ready to bring some new smiles to a new owner.

Other features include adjustable upper control arms, Bell Tech dropped spindles, and new tie rods, ball joints, and an idler arm. This DeVille fires right up, runs well, and offers a smooth ride with excellent handling as it drives on a set of 17-inch five-spoke deep-dish American Racing Torq Thrust wheels wrapped in Pirelli Scorpion rubber.

It’s not hard to see that, in addition to the proper TLC, some serious planning and execution went into making this 1983 Cadillac DeVille restomod a standout car. You can make an offer on this classic right here.
