Two red Corvettes, spanning nearly 60 years of performance history, headline the latest Corvette Dream Giveaway.
The Corvette Dream Giveaway has opened a new round of entries, offering a grand prize that connects two defining chapters of Chevrolet’s performance legacy. The package pairs a fully restored 1967 Corvette Sting Ray Coupe with a new 2026 Corvette Stingray Z51, giving one winner the chance to own both a historic big-block icon and a modern mid-engine sports car.
The classic half of the pairing is a 1967 Corvette Sting Ray Coupe finished in Rally Red with a matching red interior. As the final model year of the C2 generation, the 1967 Sting Ray represents the peak of Corvette’s second-generation design and engineering. This example has been treated to a frame-off restoration and brought back to show condition, emphasizing both its visual impact and mechanical pedigree.
Under the hood sits a 427-cubic-inch V8 rated at 435 horsepower, equipped with a Tri-Power induction system using three carburetors. That engine combination stands among the most revered of the muscle-car era, delivering the kind of performance that defined American sports cars in the 1960s. With its long hood, fastback roofline, and aggressive proportions, the coupe reflects a time when Corvette styling and power were unapologetically bold.
Paired with the vintage Sting Ray is a 2026 Corvette Stingray Z51, also finished in red, specifically Torch Red. Built on the mid-engine C8 platform, the modern Stingray illustrates how far the Corvette formula has evolved. Its LT2 V8 engine is mounted behind the passenger compartment, a layout designed to improve balance, handling, and overall performance.
