The Muscle Series was Built around Ford Racing Parts highest-horsepower crate engine, developed in collaboration with Ford Racing Parts

Kincer Chassis today unveiled the Muscle Series,  first all-wheel-drive aftermarket chassis engineered specifically for classic Ford trucks, built around Ford Racing Parts highest-horsepower crate engine and developed in collaboration with the Ford Racing Parts team.

At the center of the platform is a Gen 4 Mustang 5.0L Coyote V8, paired with a Ford Racing Whipple supercharger and 10R100 automatic transmission—a combination not previously offered together.  The Ford Racing Parts team has seamlessly paired this combination to produce 810-hp and 615 ft-lb torque in the factory form. In theory, with the addition of custom headers and custom exhaust, this engine could produce up to 860 hp or more.

Developed for 1961–1996 Ford trucks, the Kincer AWD chassis is built from the ground up as a complete system—not a retrofit. By integrating the chassis, AWD drivetrain, Tractive semi-active shocks, modern electric steering, and powertrain into a single engineered platform, Kincer addresses one of the biggest limitations in restomod builds: the inability to consistently put power to the ground.

While many high-horsepower builds produce impressive numbers, they remain limited by traditional rear-wheel-drive layouts. Kincer’s AWD system delivers traction, stability, and control across all four wheels, transforming power from something theoretical into something usable.

Through its collaboration with Ford Racing Parts, Kincer engineered a platform that pairs modern high-output power with a purpose-built AWD system designed to manage it—bringing a new level of performance capability to classic trucks.

“Most classic trucks today can make big power, but they struggle to use it,” said Thomas Kincer, Founder of Kincer Chassis. “We didn’t set out to build something that just looks fast. This is about control—making sure the powertrain, drivetrain, and chassis all work together so the truck performs the way it should.”

As a Ford-licensed chassis manufacturer, Kincer chose to debut the Muscle Series at the Grand National F-100 Show, placing the product directly in front of the builders, owners, and enthusiasts who continue to define the classic Ford truck market.

Initial applications include commissioned customer builds, including a truck for John Jinnings, demonstrating the platform’s real-world capability.

Kincer Chassis will begin accepting orders immediately following the debut, with production intentionally limited to 10 “Muscle Frames” for 2026. The company will continue its core offerings alongside the new platform, including high-end Bronco chassis 4WD conversion products, and Ford-based powertrain packages.
