Few cars say "poster on the bedroom wall" quite like the Ferrari Testarossa, and a 1990 example finished in Rosso Corsa is now up for grabs on Bring a Trailer. With 24k miles on the odometer and fresh 2026 service work, this is a Testarossa that looks ready to be driven and enjoyed rather than just admired. Bidding stood at $75,000 at the time of writing, and the auction closes Tuesday, October 6.
Everything you want from the breed is here. The Pininfarina-penned body wears classic Rosso Corsa paint and carries the wide-hipped side strakes, black rocker panels, pop-up headlights, and quad exhaust outlets that made the Testarossa an icon. Silver 16-inch five-spoke wheels sit under the fenders wrapped in BFGoodrich g-Force Sport Comp2 tires, and the whole package still looks as dramatic today as it did when the car was new.
Under the rear deck is the 4.9-liter flat-12, rated at 380 horsepower and 354 lb-ft of torque, sending power to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The timing belt service was completed in March 2026, along with new spark plugs, an air filter, and a fuel filter. The brake fluid, transaxle fluid, and a/c recharge were also handled this year, which is exactly the sort of recent attention buyers of these cars hope to see.
Inside, Nero Connolly leather is set off by red Daytona-style seat inserts, and the classic gated shifter sits on the center console beside the climate and power window controls. A three-spoke leather-wrapped wheel frames Veglia gauges, including a 200-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,800-rpm redline. Motorized seat belts, air conditioning, power windows, and a Kenwood stereo round out the cabin.
The current owner bought the car in 2021 and has added roughly 800 miles since. It comes with the owner's manual, a clean Florida title, and a Carfax report that shows no accidents or damage. That report does note a "Not Actual Mileage" title brand issued in March 1996, so prospective bidders will want to go through the documentation and photos carefully. The car is being offered on dealer consignment by a BaT Local Partner.
The Testarossa has long been one of the defining supercars of the era, and clean, manual-shift examples with recent major service keep drawing attention. If you like your Ferraris loud, red, and unmistakably 1980s in spirit, this one deserves a look. It joins a steady run of Maranello metal at auction, including a single-family-owned 1974 Dino 246 GTS and a Classiche-certified 2003 Enzo.
