Broad Arrow Auctions is bringing one of the most carefully preserved McLaren P1s we have seen to its Zoute Concours Auction on Friday, October 9, 2026, and the numbers on this one tell the story: chassis 352 shows just 293 kilometers at cataloging and is estimated at €1.4 to €1.8 million as Lot 129.

Only 375 P1s were built, and this is one of just two delivered new in Belgium. It has had a single owner in Brussels since April 2015 and has been serviced almost every year at McLaren Brussels, most recently in July 2026. During that visit the hybrid system's high-voltage battery was checked and still showed 92 percent capacity, a reassuring figure for a car more than a decade old.

A Restrained, Carbon-Heavy Spec

The original invoice shows an options list approaching €50,000, led by an MSO Storm Grey finish. Visual and gloss carbon fiber trim, the Stealth Pack and silver lightweight wheels complete the exterior, while the cabin is wrapped in Carbon Black Alcantara with matching stitching, carbon racing seats and an Alcantara-trimmed steering wheel. It is a quiet, sophisticated combination that lets the P1's sailfish-inspired silhouette do the talking.

Preserved Like the Day It Left Woking

Broad Arrow describes the car as being in "as new" condition, still riding on its original factory tires. According to the catalog, it has never been rained on, and the owner deliberately never washed it with water, relying only on professional detailing. It has worn the Belgian registration plate "P1" since delivery, and a Belgian technical inspection certificate is valid until June 2027.

The delivery items are all present: the owner's handbook in its box, two scale models, a letter from then-McLaren CEO Mike Flewitt, two keys in a carbon fiber box, and documentation covering the car from the moment it was ordered to today.

Why the P1 Still Matters

The P1 was conceived as the spiritual successor to the McLaren F1, and its 3.8-liter twin-turbo V8 paired with an electric motor delivers a combined 916 PS and 900 Nm through a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. Formula One-derived tech, including an Instant Power Assist System, KERS and a Drag Reduction System on the rear wing, helped it sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.8 seconds. Built around a carbon MonoCell chassis and weighing just 1,395 kilograms, it remains one of the defining hypercars of its era and, as Broad Arrow puts it, the rarest and most uncompromising of the 2010s hybrid hypercar trio.

The P1 is not the only headliner at Zoute this year; we recently highlighted the Kimera EVO37 heading to the same sale. And if modern collectibles are your thing, take a look at this 473-mile Ferrari Roma in special-order Verde Zeltweg.

After the hammer falls, the P1 has also been accepted into the Zoute Concours d'Elegance, where it will be displayed in a protected area as one of the star cars. The new owner receives complimentary concours tickets to see it presented. Note that Broad Arrow has an ownership interest in this lot and that the sale is subject to VAT on the full purchase price.
