Third-generation Firebirds are having a moment, and this clean one sold for $6,800 on Cars & Bids.
The 1990 Firebird Formula is finished in white with a gray interior and, according to the listing, has been with one owner and in Arizona since new. It shows about 73,000 miles and carries a 5.0-liter TPI V8. It also has the WS6 Special Performance Package, which was the handling-focused option for these cars.
The only notable modification reported by the seller is a Bluetooth-compatible Sony CD player. The car has cloth upholstery and power windows.
The third-generation Firebird arrived in 1982 with wedge styling and was GM’s most aerodynamic model to that point. A 1985 update brought a new front end and taillights, and production ended after 1992.
