A highly preserved 2002 Chevrolet Camaro SS 35th Anniversary convertible has been listed for sale, offering a rare opportunity to acquire one of the final fourth-generation Camaros produced. Priced at $24,900, the car shows just 4,988 miles since new, placing it among the lowest-mileage examples of its kind currently available.

The 35th Anniversary Edition marked the conclusion of the fourth-generation Camaro, and production numbers were limited. Only 1,398 convertibles were built for the commemorative package, with just 609 equipped with a six-speed manual transmission. While transmission details are not specified here, the low production totals alone make the model notable among modern-era Chevrolet performance cars.
Finished in Bright Rally Red, the convertible features the factory 35th Anniversary striping and the rare dual center exhaust configuration. The exterior is paired with a black leather interior, creating a classic high-contrast appearance associated with late-era Camaros. The power-operated convertible top includes a factory boot cover, allowing for a clean appearance when the top is lowered.

Under the hood is Chevrolet’s 5.7-liter V8 engine, enhanced with the SLP package. Included upgrades feature an SLP Blackwing air intake, which contributes to the car’s distinctive sound alongside the dual center exhaust system. A Jamex front strut brace has also been added, complementing the car’s performance-focused setup.
The Camaro is equipped with a range of factory options consistent with the SS trim and anniversary package. These include cruise control, tilt steering wheel, traction control, fog lights, steering wheel-mounted audio controls, and an AM/FM CD premium stereo system. Air conditioning is also fitted, enhancing comfort for open-top driving.

Additional anniversary-specific items accompany the vehicle, including a 35th Anniversary cargo mat. The car is described as highly original and presented as a strong-running example intended to be driven and enjoyed, rather than stored away.

The vehicle is offered through GR Auto Gallery and is covered by the Gallery Guarantee, which includes a short-term service contract and inspection. As the fourth-generation Camaro continues to gain recognition among collectors, limited-production anniversary models with extremely low mileage are increasingly viewed as significant modern collectibles.
