Overview

The 1961 Corvette received the first major styling change since 1958 and featured a new “tail lift.” The new tail end was patterned on a “ducktail” design and introduced the signature four taillight design the ‘Vette has become known for. The front grille was now mesh instead of the “teeth” grille it touted before.
