Liberty Walk Turns Lamborghini Murciélago Into a Fighter Jet-Inspired Supercar

A widebody Lamborghini Murciélago tuned by Liberty Walk debuts with jet-inspired styling, aggressive aero, and slammed suspension.

Even with Lamborghini’s Aventador discontinued and the Revuelto now headlining the lineup, the Murciélago continues to command attention—especially when tuned. The latest example comes from Japanese powerhouse Liberty Walk, which has transformed the V12 supercar into something resembling a fighter jet for the road.

Wrapped in matte gray and accented with decals, including military-style stars on the doors, the Murciélago makes an unmistakable statement. Stickers across the windshield and body panels complement the aggressive redesign, adding to its dramatic presence.

As expected from Liberty Walk, the car wears a full widebody kit. The bolt-on rear fender extensions contrast with seamlessly integrated front arches, while a reworked hood and bumper sharpen the Murciélago’s nose. Side skirts, a roof scoop, and an oversized rear wing further emphasize its track-inspired look. At the back, a massive diffuser gives the impression of a road-legal race car.

The stance is equally striking. An adjustable air suspension system drops the car perilously close to the pavement, while custom wheels wrapped in sticky performance tires complete the makeover. Updated lighting units add a modern touch to the otherwise early-2000s silhouette.

What Liberty Walk did not touch is the powertrain. That means the Murciélago’s 6.2-liter naturally aspirated V12 remains as delivered, producing around 572 horsepower in standard form, though it’s possible another tuner may have added performance upgrades. Regardless, the Liberty Walk treatment ensures this Murciélago looks as fast standing still as it does in motion.

This is the second Murciélago Liberty Walk has revealed in recent months, following a black widebody build. With its fighter jet aesthetic and low-slung stance, the latest project demonstrates why even discontinued Lamborghinis remain irresistible canvases for tuners and enthusiasts alike.

Would you take this radical widebody over a stock Murciélago?
