A fully restored and extensively modified 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu Sport coupe is now being offered for $99,995 at Classic Car Addict in Mesa, Arizona.

The pro-touring build underwent a complete frame-off rotisserie restoration, with documentation included in a binder featuring photos from before, during and after the process, along with the owner’s manual, original warranty paperwork and numerous receipts. The car shows 7,973 miles and has been upgraded throughout with a focus on performance, drivability and presentation.

Power comes from a custom-built GM 383 cubic-inch stroker V8 installed in 2018. The engine features a Comp roller cam, Eagle crankshaft, Edelbrock aluminum heads and intake, and an MSD Atomic EFI throttle body system. Supporting components include GM black valve covers, a K&N air cleaner and a polished billet pulley system. Cooling is handled by a Griffin aluminum radiator with dual high-flow electric fans, along with an aluminum water pump and overflow tank. Ignition and electronics upgrades include an MSD HEI distributor, MSD Atomic ECU, red plug wires and a Painless 12-volt wiring harness.
The engine is paired with a Tremec TKO-500 five-speed manual transmission, Lakewood bellhousing, Centerforce clutch and hydraulic slave cylinder. Power is sent to a rebuilt GM 12-bolt rear axle fitted with 3.73 Eaton Posi gears, performance axles and a custom driveshaft.

Handling and braking systems have also been modernized. The suspension features QA1 tubular upper and lower control arms with adjustable coilovers and sway bars front and rear. Wilwood six-piston front and four-piston rear disc brakes with drilled rotors are supported by a billet master cylinder, proportioning valve and stainless-steel brake lines.
Originally finished in Bright Blue Metallic, the Chevelle was repainted in 2009 in Black Cherry Metallic using a Cadillac CTS color. The finish consists of three coats of paint and three coats of clear, wet-sanded and polished to a high gloss. XPEL clear protection was added in 2023. All chrome and glass were replaced during the restoration, and the body is reported to be rust-free.

Inside, the cabin was fully reworked with new carpet, headliner and trim, along with a reproduction Chevelle SS dash, AutoMeter gauges and Vintage Air climate control. TMI black leather racing seats were added in 2023, complementing a custom sound system and modern infotainment.
The two-door coupe blends classic muscle car styling with contemporary performance upgrades, reflecting significant investment in both craftsmanship and components.
