Built at the Michigan Truck plant for the 1979 model year, the Bronco is identified as a U150 four-wheel-drive wagon with a 104-inch wheelbase and a 6,100-pound gross vehicle weight rating. Power comes from a 400-cubic-inch V8 engine paired with an automatic transmission and a 3.50 rear axle ratio. The truck was originally finished in Bright Yellow paint and remains visually striking with its period-correct appearance.
Factory equipment includes a white fiberglass removable roof and a distinctive multi-color stripe package in chamois, orange, and russet. Interior features include black cloth and vinyl Ranger XLT bucket seats, along with a flip-and-fold rear bench.
