A Ford Model A Tudor Sedan street rod built in 2006 is drawing attention as bidding approaches its close, offering a blend of classic lines and modern hot-rod hardware. Listed from Eustis, Florida, the custom two-door has reached $13,500 with 17 bids and more than 2,400 views ahead of its scheduled Nov. 19 auction end. The car is titled as a 1930 Ford, reflecting its reported use of steel body panels sourced from a Model A of that era.

The build combines traditional styling with updated components. The body is finished in cream and orange and fitted with a vinyl roof cover, fiberglass fenders, and steel running boards. A Brookville Roadster steel frame supports the structure, aligning with the Ohio manufacturer’s long history of producing reproduction Model A panels and bodies for restorers and hot-rod builders. Inside, the cabin features tinted glass, late-model beige seats, a CD stereo, and a cabin heater.

Power comes from a Chevrolet 350-cubic-inch V8 topped with a Weber carburetor and linked to a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission. The setup includes coated headers, wrapped exhaust pipes, and an auxiliary electric cooling fan. Additional updates include LED lighting, body-color 15-inch steel wheels with polished hubcaps, and an insulated floor pan.

The seller reports recent servicing, including a rebuilt transmission and replacement of the rear pinion seal. Known imperfections include paint chips, cracks, and a nonfunctional electric tachometer.

According to the listing, the car was assembled nearly two decades ago and purchased by the current seller in 2022. It carries a clean Florida title showing the Ohio-assigned VIN mounted on the left door jamb. With its mix of period styling and modern components, the custom Tudor stands as a turnkey street rod poised for a new owner when the auction ends. See it here.
