A Pininfarina-penned V12 Ferrari, a clutch pedal, and one day left on the clock.
Most 599 GTB Fioranos left Maranello with a paddle-shifted six-speed, and a factory stick was a rare find. This 2007 Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano in Rosso Corsa takes the do-it-yourself route: its transaxle was converted to manual operation in 2023 using components from European Auto Group of Round Rock, Texas, and it is now live on Bring a Trailer at no reserve. At last check the bid sat at $225,000 with the auction closing on Saturday, October 3, at 2:41 p.m. Eastern.
A Manual 599 Is the Whole Story
Under the long hood is the 6.0-liter F140 V12, the same engine family that powered the Enzo, here wrapped in the first all-aluminum chassis Ferrari ever used on a grand tourer. Pininfarina styled it under Jason Castriota. Add a six-speed manual and a clutch pedal, and you get the 599 a certain kind of buyer has long wished Ferrari had built. The car also carries a Capristo exhaust system and aftermarket engine management software, and the seller discloses that the secondary catalytic converters have been removed.
Everything else is Ferrari at its best: Rosso Corsa paint over Beige Tradizione leather, carbon-fiber Daytona-style seats, 20-inch Challenge wheels, magnetorheological dampers, cross-drilled brakes and Scuderia Ferrari fender shields. The odometer shows under 10,000 miles, and the listing includes the window sticker, owner's manual, service records, spare parts, a clean Carfax report and a clean Wisconsin title.
Recent Work and What to Know
The selling dealer acquired the car in 2026, and the paperwork shows recent attention. The steering rack was replaced in 2023, the engine and transmission mounts were replaced in June 2026, the instrument cluster LCD was repaired in 2026, and Ferrari of Boca Raton in Florida handled the most recent oil change in September. It also sold on Bring a Trailer in November 2022 before being relisted in December 2023, so it has been in front of this audience before. Note that paint protection film on the nose has some imperfections, and bidders will want to read the comments, which were already past 50 at last count, before they jump in.
The big question is the one that makes no-reserve auctions so watchable: where does a manual-swapped 599 land when nobody can hide behind a reserve? Motorious has covered plenty of V12 Ferraris from this era, including a 2007 Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano that sports big power, a weapons-grade 2010 599 GTB HGTE and the rare 2011 Alonso Final Edition. If you want the stick-shift Ferrari experience in a smaller package, take a look at this rare six-speed Ferrari 430 Scuderia or this gated-manual F430 Spider. Even Eric Clapton once tried to unload his own 599 GTB Fiorano.
Bidding on the 10k-mile 2007 Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano 6-speed conversion runs until Saturday afternoon, so this is one to watch.
