A restored and modified 1955 Chevrolet 210 is now offered for sale, showcasing how a mid-century American sedan can be reengineered for modern performance while retaining its classic identity. Priced at $59,995, the vehicle represents a comprehensive restomod approach applied to one of Chevrolet’s most historically significant models.

The Chevrolet 210 occupied the middle ground in the brand’s well-known 1955 Tri-Five lineup, positioned between the base 150 and the upscale Bel Air. Introduced alongside a new chassis and fresh styling, the 1955 model year also marked the debut of Chevrolet’s small-block V8. The 210 was available in multiple body styles and powertrain configurations, helping it become a cornerstone of Chevrolet’s success during the mid-1950s.
This particular example has been extensively rebuilt, with just 711 miles recorded since the restoration was completed. Power comes from a 454 cubic-inch big-block V8 installed in 2022. The engine is equipped with a Pro Form Q Series 950 double pumper carburetor, steel World Merlin heads, long-tube headers, and Edelbrock RPM-series mufflers. A custom oil pan and Holley high-pressure fuel pump support the setup. Power is routed through a Muncie four-speed manual transmission to a Ford 9-inch rear end.

Chassis and suspension upgrades reflect the car’s performance focus. The front uses an A-arm suspension with coil springs and shocks, while the rear incorporates a Chris Alston’s Chassisworks solid axle arrangement with QA1 adjustable coilovers. Stopping power is provided by Wilwood disc brakes up front, with drum brakes retained at the rear.
The exterior was refinished in Blue Metallic paint in 2022, paired with chrome bumpers and dual exhaust outlets exiting behind mini-tubbed rear wheel wells. Corvette-style door handles and tinted side and rear glass add subtle customization touches.

Inside, the cabin has been reworked with black leather bucket seats, a matching rear bench, and a six-point roll cage. Instrumentation is handled by Stewart-Warner gauges, including a 160-mph speedometer and 8,000-rpm tachometer. Additional features include a custom center console, power windows and locks, a Hurst shifter, Grant steering wheel, and updated audio system.

The car is offered with a clean Arizona title, reflecting a blend of classic design and modern mechanical execution built around a historically important Chevrolet platform.
