Ram is bringing back its Lunar Edition models for the 2026 Ram 2500 Power Wagon and 2500 Rebel, reintroducing the celestial-themed package during the early days of March as a total lunar eclipse marked a rare astronomical event.
The announcement coincided with a blood moon total lunar eclipse visible March 3, an event that will not be seen again from North America until New Year’s Eve 2028. Against that backdrop, Ram confirmed the return of the Lunar Edition, a package designed to add distinctive styling cues and additional content to its heavy-duty off-road trucks.
Both Lunar Edition models will be available to order later this month. Each features a Ceramic Grey Clear-Coat exterior paired with a Diamond Black Crystal Pearl-Coat lower body. The two-tone finish is complemented by a color-matched grille surround that replaces the standard Satin Black trim, creating a more unified, monochromatic look.
Exterior updates also include bodyside graphics and black-painted wheels. The Power Wagon rides on unique 17-inch alloy wheels, while the Rebel receives 20-inch rims, reinforcing the package’s bold design theme.
Inside, the trucks are fitted with full-grain Natura Plus black leather bucket seats embossed with either the Power Wagon or Rebel logo. Copperhead Orange contrast stitching adds a distinctive accent throughout the cabin. A unique alloy center console badge appears in black with machined-face Satin Chrome lettering. An integrated heavy-duty lockable console safe from Mopar is also included for securing valuables.
The Lunar Edition package builds on the Level 2 Equipment Group, positioning these models as highly equipped versions of Ram’s heavy-duty lineup.
Under the hood, the 2026 Ram 2500 Power Wagon Lunar Edition is powered by a 6.4-liter Hemi V8. The 2500 Rebel Lunar Edition offers the available Cummins High-Output inline-six turbo diesel.
The Lunar Edition package is priced at $1,995. However, buyers must also account for the base prices of $86,385 for the Power Wagon and $93,885 for the Rebel. All 2026 Ram trucks are backed by a 10-year or 100,000-mile limited powertrain warranty, adding long-term coverage to the package’s visual appeal.
