A 2019 Ford Mustang GT equipped with a ProCharger and T56 Magnum six-speed manual transmission has achieved an impressive 843 wheel horsepower on E85, according to a new video chronicling the tuning process.
The S550-generation Mustang was first tuned on 93 octane fuel, then switched to E85 for more aggressive timing and fueling. A pulley swap helped increase boost levels further, pushing the boosted 5.0-liter Coyote V8 into serious performance territory.
Despite the significant power increase, tuner Andrew emphasized that the car’s drivability remained intact. “It retains basically stock-like drivability… no bucking, there’s nothing crazy,” he noted, crediting the retention of the factory Intake Manifold Runner Controls (IMRC). The system allows for smoother transitions at lower RPMs, a key factor in maintaining daily usability even with extensive modifications.
