Japanese tuning house Liberty Walk has unveiled one of the most unexpected builds at this year’s SEMA Show — a dramatically reimagined third-generation Chevrolet Camaro. Known globally for its bold widebody kits and aggressive design language, the company has taken its distinctive aesthetic and applied it to one of America’s most recognizable 1980s muscle cars.
The project centers on the F-body Camaro produced between 1982 and 1992, a model not often seen in custom circles compared to earlier or later generations. Liberty Walk’s latest creation brings the boxy classic into the modern era with an all-new body kit and stance that blend Japanese tuning culture with American muscle heritage.
The LB-Works Camaro features flared fenders, a front bumper with exaggerated proportions, extended rocker panels, and a sculpted rear diffuser. A large trunk-mounted spoiler and matte-black wheels complete the look, while tasteful graphics and subtle details highlight the car’s transformation. Despite its bold appearance, the kit maintains balanced proportions and clean integration — nothing appears out of place or excessive.
Liberty Walk plans to offer the kit for purchase to owners of third-generation Camaros. Buyers can order individual components, including the bumpers, skirts, rear wing, and diffuser, or opt for the full package priced around $7,500.
