A custom 1998 Prevost Marathon XL motorcoach once owned by actor Charlie Sheen is now being offered for sale in Tennessee, bringing with it a blend of Hollywood history and life on the road.
Originally commissioned by Sheen, the bus served as a mobile dressing room during the production of several projects, including the television series Two and a Half Men. The actor retained ownership of the coach for more than two decades before selling it in 2021 to musician Tim Montana, who adapted the vehicle for touring use.

Under Montana’s ownership, the bus was modified to accommodate a band on the road. The rear bedroom was reconfigured into a six-bunk layout, transforming the luxury motorcoach into a functional tour vehicle. The coach now reflects both its origins as a private celebrity retreat and its later role supporting live performances.
The Prevost Marathon XL is powered by a turbocharged 12.7-liter Detroit Diesel inline-six engine paired with a six-speed Allison automatic transmission. Built on a heavy-duty chassis, the coach features air-adjustable suspension, air-actuated disc brakes, and a tag axle, all designed to support long-distance travel and heavy loads. The odometer reads 257,000 miles, with a portion accumulated under its current ownership.

Inside, the bus offers a mix of comfort and utility. The main living area includes wood-look flooring, seating, a television system, and built-in storage. The galley is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, and additional appliances, while two bathrooms provide basic amenities. Though originally configured with a more traditional layout, the updated sleeping arrangement reflects its use as a touring vehicle.

Significant mechanical updates have been completed since 2021, including replacements of suspension components, braking parts, batteries, and windows. Additional servicing, including oil and transmission work, was carried out in 2025.
Prevost, the manufacturer behind the coach, has a long history dating back to 1924 in Quebec, evolving into a leading builder of high-end motorcoaches and conversion vehicles.
Now offered with service records, spare parts, and a clean history report, the bus represents a unique crossover between entertainment history and touring functionality.
