2007 Saturn Sky Redline

One of GM's pre-bankruptcy cars that is sure to be a future collectible.

GM's Saturn division was created in 1985 as an import-fighting car brand promising a different vehicle and overall sales experience. Sadly, the brand (along with a handful of other GM divisions including Pontiac) was killed off in 2010 as part of GM's bankruptcy, but that almost guarantees that Saturn Sky is primed to be a future collector's car. Cool looks, fun performance and relatively limited production should all help boost this car's collectibility status in coming years, and this 2007 Saturn Sky Redline being sold by Art & Speed Classic Car Gallery is a great chance to pick one up before they get too popular.

2007 Saturn Sky Redline

Being the Redline, that means this car is a step up from the naturally aspirated base model with a 2.0-liter direct-injected turbocharged four-cylinder engine. With its 260 horsepower rating, the Saturn Sky Redline outperformed its key rival, the Mazda Miata, with a 0-60 time of 5.5 seconds. What makes this particular car even more collectible is that there are barely 7,000 miles showing on this car's odometer.

Unlike the Miata and the Pontiac Solstice – this car's sister car – the Saturn Sky had sharper lines that made it look more like a scaled-down Corvette. This car has obviously been babied, and the overall condition of the car combined with its low mileage backs that up. Even from a distance, this Sky looks great with a cool color combination consisting of the black paint and tan top and chrome wheels. The interior of this Saturn is just as good with the two-tone, double-stitched leather looking flawless.
