One of only 250 Edizione Finale Deltas, this rally-bred icon has just 33,000 km and a full restoration behind it.
A rare and highly sought-after piece of rallying history is now up for grabs as a pristine 1995 Lancia Delta HF Integrale Evoluzione II “Edizione Finale" emerges for private sale. One of only 250 examples built exclusively for the Japanese market, this limited-edition model represents the final evolution of Lancia’s six-time World Rally Championship-winning platform.

Wearing its original Rosso Amaranto paint with the signature HF yellow-and-blue racing stripe, this car—chassis No. ZLA831AB000586361—is number 121 of the 250 produced. Designed in tribute to the marque’s Fulvia HF legacy, the Edizione Finale was built to mark the conclusion of the Delta Integrale’s production run in late 1994. Unique to this model are upgrades such as Eibach springs, an OMP rear strut brace, revised engine tuning, and anthracite-finished Speedline Monte Carlo wheels.

Power comes from a turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four producing approximately 212 horsepower, sent to all four wheels via a rally-honed all-wheel-drive system. Performance upgrades over earlier Evoluzione models include improved turbo response, revised camshafts, and a more efficient intercooler layout, offering sharper dynamics and increased handling precision.
This particular example was originally delivered in Japan and remained there through four owners before being exported to Australia in 2010. It arrived in California in 2018 and has since undergone extensive servicing and restoration. In 2019, U.K. specialists Tanc Barratt Ltd. performed a £30,000 refurbishment, and in March 2025, Gran Turismo of Los Angeles executed a complete mechanical refresh, including brake service and fluid replacement.

With just over 33,000 kilometers (20,700 miles) from new, this Delta retains its original books, tools, and spare, and represents one of the most complete and well-preserved Edizione Finale models available.

Collectors seeking an icon from rallying’s golden era—with rarity, performance, and pedigree—will find few opportunities more compelling.
