Broad Arrow Auctions is preparing to open 2026 with a new international auction format, announcing its upcoming Global Icons sale scheduled for January. The Hagerty-owned company plans to host a multi-location online event spanning Europe and the United Kingdom, supported by in-person preview displays at select sites across both regions.
The Global Icons concept brings together three separate online auctions: Global Icons: Europe Online, Global Icons: UK Online, and Global Icons: Memorabilia Online. The format is designed to give consignors and bidders access to a broader network across the European market while still offering the option to inspect many vehicles in person with a Broad Arrow specialist. These preview hubs will be located throughout Europe and at the company’s UK headquarters at Bicester Motion.
Each collector car auction will feature pre-war, post-war, and modern models positioned as historically important or culturally influential. Early highlights include a 1971 Lamborghini Miura P400 S, chassis 4809, estimated between €1.6 million and €1.8 million. The late-production Miura, one of roughly 338 built, was delivered new in Tenerife and later spent decades under Swiss ownership. Restored between 2006 and 2011 in period-correct colors and retaining its matching-numbers V12, the car is offered with SV-type split-sump lubrication and documentation that includes a major service completed in 2025.
Alongside the vehicle offerings, the memorabilia auction will include around 100 motorsport-related items. Already consigned are pieces associated with celebrated drivers including Ayrton Senna, Michael Schumacher, Sir Stirling Moss, and Sir John Surtees.
Bidding for all three Global Icons auctions opens January 23, 2026. The Europe Online and UK Online sales will conclude January 30, while the memorabilia sale wraps up February 1. Consignments are currently being accepted, and further details on preview events are expected in the weeks ahead.
Buyer’s premiums will be set at 10 percent plus VAT for vehicles and 25 percent including VAT for memorabilia.
