The full-size Chevrolet, listed at $39,900, is described as a two-owner example showing 95,816 miles, though the exact mileage is not verified due to title exemption. Beyond its ownership history, the car stands out for its connection to Petty’s Garage, where it underwent mechanical work and tuning before the facility closed in 2025, marking it among the final vehicles completed there.
The Impala SS reflects Chevrolet’s mid-1960s design evolution, a period that moved away from prominent tail fins toward more sculpted bodywork and a lower, sleeker profile. Finished in its original Artesian Turquoise, the exterior retains a survivor-quality appearance with visible patina and signs of age, including paint chips, minor rust, and previous repair work. Black 17-inch wheels and chrome trim complement the car’s long, 213-inch body, while the original dealer badge remains intact.
Inside, the cabin presents a mix of preserved and worn elements. Black vinyl upholstery defines the interior, with the passenger seating and rear bench in solid condition, while the driver’s seat shows significant wear.
