A 1972 Chevrolet C10 custom pickup combines vintage styling with an LSA V8, air ride suspension, and high-end craftsmanship.
A meticulously restored and heavily modified 1972 Chevrolet C10 pickup truck is turning heads at RK Motors, blending timeless vintage charm with supercharged modern muscle and top-tier street performance.

Originally a workhorse platform, this C10 has undergone a complete transformation—starting with a potent 6.2-liter supercharged LSA V8 engine at its heart. Fueled by electronic injection and aided by headers, a cold air intake, and an aluminum radiator with electric cooling fans, the powerplant is mated to a stout 4L80E automatic transmission, delivering modern reliability with classic attitude.
To tame all that power, the truck rides on a fully adjustable air bag suspension system with AccuAir management. A Porterbuilt front clip and tubular front control arms ensure stability up front, while an extensively modified rear frame accommodates a 6-link suspension setup, offering both a low stance and refined ride quality.

The build rides on staggered Billet Specialties Talladega wheels—20 inches up front and 22 inches in the rear—wrapped in Zenna Argus UHP performance tires. Braking is handled by a four-wheel disc setup, providing stopping power to match the truck’s muscle.
Inside, the C10 continues to impress with a custom two-tone gray interior, Dakota Digital gauges, billet steering wheel, and air conditioning. The cabin mixes modern convenience with nostalgic appeal, right down to the tilt column and tinted glass. Out back, the bed has been artfully finished with red oak wood and a relocated gas tank under the floor for a cleaner look.

With only 18,915 miles on the odometer and sold with a Missouri title, this C10 offers turnkey performance and show-quality style. RK Motors notes it has undergone a comprehensive inspection and is eligible for global shipping and optional extended service plans.
This build stands as a compelling example of how American classics can be reborn into high-performance street machines while honoring their heritage.
