Only NISMO CRS Skyline GT-R finished in Black Pearl Metallic headed to Broad Arrow’s 2025 Monterey auction.
An ultra-rare 1999 Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec transformed by NISMO’s elite Omori Factory into a Clubman Race Spec (CRS) model will hit the auction block at Broad Arrow Auctions’ Monterey Jet Center 2025 event. With an estimated value between $700,000 and $850,000, it is expected to attract global interest from collectors and performance enthusiasts alike.

This CRS build, chassis BNR34-005124, began life as a single-owner, damage-free 1999 GT-R V-Spec, and was hand-selected for its exceptional condition before being sent to NISMO’s factory skunkworks for a no-expense-spared transformation. The car is distinguished as the only CRS example finished in GV1 Black Pearl Metallic, enhancing its appeal as a one-of-one collector’s item.
Under the hood lies a race-prepped R4 2.8-liter N1-block engine, paired with N1 oversized pistons and R3 twin turbos, producing a stunning 500 horsepower. Built for both precision and durability, the engine was mated to top-tier performance components, including Öhlins suspension, Brembo brakes, and RAYS 18-inch NISMO LMGT4 wheels.
The CRS program was conceived by NISMO to offer customers the closest experience to a road-legal race car, using components and tuning practices derived directly from motorsport development. Each CRS car is treated as a custom commission, with hand-built attention to detail and engineering that rivals factory homologation specials.
While R34 GT-Rs are already highly sought after, especially in the U.S. as they approach legal import eligibility under the 25-year rule, the provenance and exclusivity of a true NISMO CRS elevate this example to rarified air in the JDM and collector car market.

The appearance of this Black Pearl CRS GT-R at auction marks one of the most significant public sales of a modified R34 to date. See it here.
