LS3-Powered 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle Restomod

525-hp Chevelle restomod with Tremec 6-speed, modern suspension, and striking black-trimmed body offered in no-reserve sale.

A stunning 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle restomod, upgraded with a modern LS3 powertrain and custom performance hardware, is being offered without reserve from The Burnyzz Collection, blending iconic muscle car style with 21st-century drivability.

Built by Tony’s Muscle Cars and Restorations of Hazelton, Pennsylvania, and completed approximately two years ago, the Chevelle has been thoroughly reimagined from the ground up. Beneath its classic “Coke bottle” silhouette, the car now packs a GM Performance Parts LS376 6.2-liter V8 paired with a Holley Terminator X high-ram EFI intake system. The engine reportedly delivers 525 horsepower, routed through a Tremec six-speed manual transmission to a stout 12-bolt rear axle featuring 3.90 gears and 31-spline axles.

Finished in a deep burgundy metallic, the Chevelle features black-out trim throughout, including Ringbrothers door handles, billet hood hinges, bumpers, and window surrounds. A fiberglass cowl-induction hood, hood pins, and smoke-tinted glass further the aggressive restomod aesthetic, while the car rides on 18-inch dark silver Ridler wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich g-Force Comp-2 tires.

The upgraded suspension system includes QA1 tubular components with adjustable coilovers and UMI sway bars, while braking is handled by power-assisted four-wheel discs with dual-piston front calipers.

Inside, the Chevelle is trimmed in doeskin vinyl and features bucket seats, a center console, Bluetooth-enabled radio, air conditioning, lap belts, and period-style door armrests. Though thoroughly modernized, the interior retains its classic layout while offering enhanced comfort and functionality. Roll-up windows and hidden wipers retain a clean, vintage look, while an aluminum radiator and Cherry Bomb exhaust add reliability and throaty sound.

Presented as a finely restored example with no notable imperfections, this LS3-powered Chevelle is a no-compromises muscle car built to be driven and admired. It offers collectors a turnkey entry into restomod ownership with the reliability of modern engineering and the unmistakable presence of a 1970s American icon.
