A well-preserved 2001 Nissan Skyline GT-R M-Spec is drawing attention among collectors, offering a rare blend of performance heritage, documented ownership, and refined design. Identified by chassis number BNR34-402612, the vehicle represents one of the most sought-after variations of the legendary R34 generation.

The Skyline GT-R lineage dates back to 1969, but it was the R32 model introduced in 1989 that established the car’s global reputation. Its dominance in motorsports earned it the nickname “Godzilla,” a title that carried forward through later generations, including the R34. At the core of the R34 GT-R is the RB26DETT engine, a twin-turbocharged 2.6-liter inline-six known for delivering performance beyond its officially stated output of 280 PS under Japan’s industry agreement at the time.

Power delivery is managed through Nissan’s advanced ATTESA E-TS all-wheel-drive system, which dynamically distributes torque for optimal traction.
