A virtually untouched 2017 Dodge Viper GTC ACR Extreme, the final example of just six “Black Stripe” editions built, is slated for auction this August at Broad Arrow’s Monterey Jet Center event. The limited-production American supercar — a highly customized, track-focused model from Dodge’s now-retired Viper line — is expected to fetch between $325,000 and $375,000.
With only 113 miles since new, this single-owner Viper has remained part of the prestigious American Performance Collection since its delivery in June 2017. Ordered through Dodge’s exclusive “1 of 1” customization program, the car features a striking matte gold exterior paired with Black GTS stripes and is comprehensively equipped with factory performance and carbon fiber packages.
At its core is Dodge’s monstrous 8.4-liter V10, generating 645 horsepower and mated to a six-speed manual transmission. Track credentials are elevated by the $19,000 ACR Package, which includes ten-way manually adjustable suspension, Brembo carbon ceramic brakes, and high-downforce aero enhancements. Further refined by the Extreme Aero Package, this Viper boasts an exposed carbon front splitter, aggressive rear diffuser, adjustable rear wing, and dive planes — all aimed at maximizing on-track grip and agility.
Interior appointments continue the high-performance theme with black leather and Alcantara upholstery, Silver contrast stitching, and carbon fiber trim. The ACR Interior Package includes manual race-style seats, a flat-bottom Alcantara steering wheel, and race-inspired detailing throughout the cockpit. A Harman Kardon 18-speaker sound system completes the high-spec configuration, rounding out its original $159,080 MSRP.
As production of the fifth-generation Viper ended in 2017, models like this GTC ACR Extreme — especially those with rare specifications and delivery-level mileage — have become increasingly sought-after by collectors. Broad Arrow’s Monterey sale offers a rare opportunity to acquire what may be the most pristine and uniquely optioned Viper of its kind.
