Low-Mileage 2018 McLaren 570GT Highlights Blend of Supercar Performance and Touring Comfort

A 2018 McLaren 570GT is drawing renewed attention for its combination of supercar performance and grand touring refinement, showcasing the model’s unique position within McLaren’s Sport Series lineup.

First introduced at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show, the 570GT was designed as a more practical and comfort-oriented counterpart to the 570S. While maintaining the performance expected from the brand, the model introduced features aimed at improving everyday usability. A side-hinged rear glass hatch provides access to a leather-lined storage area, offering cargo space not typically found in vehicles of this class. Additional refinements include a softer suspension setup, reduced cabin noise, and a panoramic glass roof that enhances the interior environment.

This particular example, chassis number SBM13GABXJW005216, was originally delivered to the Belgian market through McLaren Brussels. It is finished in Burton Blue, a color defined by McLaren Special Operations, and paired with a Dark Palladium exterior package that accents key aerodynamic components such as the front splitter, side skirts, diffuser, and rear spoiler. Exterior details also include lightweight diamond-cut wheels, carbon-ceramic brakes with silver-finished calipers, and a titanium sports exhaust system.

Performance remains a central focus. The 570GT is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter V-8 engine producing 570 metric horsepower and 600 Nm of torque. Paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, the car accelerates to 100 km/h in 3.4 seconds and reaches a top speed of 328 km/h. Despite a slight increase in weight compared to the 570S, the vehicle maintains competitive performance metrics within its segment.

The interior features a carefully coordinated design blending multiple materials and colors. Black leather, grey Alcantara, and orange leather accents are used throughout the cabin, covering seating surfaces, trim panels, and the touring deck. Standard amenities include power-adjustable heated seats with memory, a premium audio system, and convenience features such as a rear-view camera and adjustable steering column.

With just 1,418 kilometers recorded, the car remains in near-original condition. The 570GT continues to represent McLaren’s effort to balance high performance with increased comfort and usability in a supercar platform. See it here.
