The vehicle is currently listed for a seven-day auction on BringaTrailer.com, with bidding underway and a reserve price that remains undisclosed. The absence of a fixed price reflects the competitive nature of the auction format, where final value will be determined by bidder interest.
This Corvette is powered by a 283 cubic-inch V8 engine equipped with dual carburetors, paired with a two-speed Powerglide automatic transmission. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a Positraction limited-slip differential, a feature that enhances traction and performance. The combination highlights the engineering advancements Chevrolet introduced during the late 1950s as it refined the Corvette’s performance credentials.
The exterior has been refinished in red with contrasting ivory coves, maintaining the model’s iconic two-tone appearance. It rides on 15-inch steel wheels fitted with covers featuring faux knock-off spinners and whitewall tires installed in early 2026. The car retains its original suspension setup, including an independent front system and semi-elliptical rear leaf springs.
