Never fully restored, this vintage Jag has been meticulously maintained and refurbished as necessary. Everything is solid including the body, the frame, and the undercarriage. With just over 78,000 original miles on the odometer, this car has enjoyed the road from time to time as it should.

Painted in correct British Racing Green with plenty of gloss, minor chips and imperfections can be found from use but overall, the car is in fantastic shape. The body is straight, and all panels fit as they should. The frame, rocker panels, and undercarriage are all-original and in excellent condition. Peek inside to a luxurious beige leather interior complete with a leather-trimmed dash.

Powering this classic Jaguar is a numbers-matching 3.8-liter engine backed by a manual transmission with overdrive. This car was outfitted with the Special Equipment package that consists of B-Type Cylinder head with 9:1 compression, wire-spoke wheels, and dual exhaust. Stopping power comes from Dunlop 12-inch disc brakes on all four corners.

According to the history, the first owner was a U.S. Army Officer that owned the car about nine years. After that, the second owner had it for 26 years where it was well-maintained. During that time, he had the car repainted in its original hue back in the 1990s. He also installed new Wilton wool carpets, leather seat covers, headliner, and wire-spoke wheels with stainless steel spokes. After accruing about 68,000 miles, it was sold again to a third owner who also improved the car mechanically and cosmetically. After nine years and 8,500 more miles, it was sold to its fourth owner where it remained in a collection for twelve years. The fifth and most recent caretaker of the car had the transmission rebuilt, upholstery work, engine reseal, driveshaft-u-joints, etc.

Now, this beautiful vintage Jag is looking for a sixth owner to keep it moving. No stranger to the road, it is ready to turn heads on any adventure thrown its way. Contact Driversource today to get behind the wheel of this classic gem.
