This Chevy is a pretty big celebrity, so it will cause a stir around gearheads.
Solid opportunities present themselves throughout your life and you might not recognize them for what they are. However, if you have the ability to get this customized 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Ultra Pro Touring, it’s a no-brainer decision. From bumper to bumper, this car is absolutely breathtaking in every way. That’s no hyperbole, because every last detail of this extensive and thorough build has been crafted to impress even the most meticulous critics.

After an exhaustive build, only 836 miles have been put on this dream ride and it shows. With the exception of the firewall, everything is new. A House of Kolors Majik Blue Pearl paint absolutely looks like it’s dripping off each flawless body panel. Instead of the stainless inserts, you’ll notice the subtle American flag art that was airbrushed onto the car, making for a nice custom appearance. There are no door handles or emblems, but you can open the doors and trunk using the remote, keeping the exterior smooth and clean. Colored halo headlights, a black cloth top, staggered Intro wheels, performance tires, and new chrome makes for a jaw-dropping appearance.
Just like the exterior, the interior is all-new. Custom leather, a full-length center console, Dakota Digital gauges, billet trim pieces, custom steering wheel, retro-style stereo, and a Hurst pistol grip shifter are included.
The Smeding Performance 572ci big block V8 presents well under the hood, thanks to fresh paint and plenty of polished parts. It puts on tap 717-horsepower and 709 lb.-ft. of torque. Dual electric fans and an aluminum radiator help keep the engine reliable, even in the heat of summer.
Already, the ’57 Chevy Bel Air is a thing of legend, thanks to a transformative design combined with solid performance for the time. These cars are highly collectible, but finding one that’s had so much work done on it at such a high level would be difficult. This custom car, called “Project American Heroes,” was built for a good cause, to benefit the Armed Forces Foundation, so you can feel that much better about buying it. Parts and labor were donated by some big names in the business, while Super Chevy magazine followed the build closely, finally publishing a 100-page magazine that’s only about this “Ultimate 57.” Take this thing to any show and you’ll have people absolutely eating out of your hand. Volo Auto Sales is offering this excellent Chevy to the public for purchase.
