In the automotive world, 1950s styling consisted of large fins and chic body lines. No car exemplified the height of this trend better than the 1959 Cadillac Series 75 with its massive fins and twin bullet taillights that were impossible to ignore. Classic Auto Mall is pleased to announce the sale of this 1959 Cadillac Fleetwood. With this car, you’ll be making a bold statement and sparking a presence which is impossible to ignore. In fact, this sizeable Caddy is dressed up enough to be a Secret Service car for a presidential motorcade.

On the outside, this 1959 Cadillac Fleetwood wears stealthy black paint that’s in good condition. The body is wrapped in a generous amount of chrome trim, generously sized bumpers and a black “Landau” style vinyl top on the rear passenger compartment. A number of antennae suggest that there may have been numerous channels of communication when transporting important figures. Those large fins with the dual bullet style taillights really add to the overall elegant shape of this Caddy. Speaking of size, the trunk is extremely spacious as well. This big boy rides on standard shiny Cadillac wheel covers wrapped in wide whitewall tires on all four corners. It’s powered by a 390 cubic-inch V8 motor topped with a single 4-barrel carburetor, and paired to a four-speed automatic transmission–all in an unrestored engine bay.

The interior sports a light gray wool broadcloth that covers the passenger compartment panels. Gray vinyl is adorned on the panels of the front doors. For contrast, burgundy Nylon Bedford cloth in square tufted and white buttoned pattern can be found across the front and rear benches. All of the power controls, and cigarette lighters, are within reach of all of the vehicle’s passengers for convenience. Two additional light gray jump seats can turn into footrests for added comfort. You can also find a fully operational police band radio sitting in the center.

Drive around in this Series 75 6-window 4-door limo and you’ll be large and in charge wherever you go. Maybe you’ll even have a chauffeur open the door so you can make a proper entrance/exit. You never know. The current asking price is set at $41,900, and you can make an offer on the car right here.
