It wasn’t driven just to church, but it’s still incredibly clean.

People go wild over Jeep pickup trucks, but most know nothing about this 1985 Jeep J10 Pioneer. It was a super rare vehicle even in its day, and now you have the chance to preserve that cool history. Raleigh Classic is offering this extremely well-maintained Jeep, which is a truly exceptional find.

The owner of this Jeep J10 Pioneer absolutely pampered it, keeping the truck garaged in climate-controlled environments since the day it rolled off the dealer’s lot. It also only has just over 66,000 miles on the clock, which is super low for something of this age.

As a result, the paint is in unbelievable condition, especially considering it’s original. The bumpers, trim, badges, lighting, wheels, tiedowns, and everything else on the exterior is just as the truck left the factory. Same thing goes for the brown interior, which looks absolutely immaculate.

Some nice upgrades make this Jeep even more enjoyable. The owner had a type 3 hitch installed, plus a Warn 8,000-lb winch with a cord remote, and a toolbox mounted to the bed. There’s even a 12-gallon fuel tank bolted to the original 18.5 gallon tank, plus a massive 48.5 gallon auxiliary fuel tank mounted under the tool box in the bed, extending the range of this truck to make it even more practical for venturing into the middle of nowhere.

This Jeep J10 Pioneer isn’t just a garage queen. It hits hard with a 5.9-liter V8 engine and automatic transmission. The Selec-Trac 4WD system was special order, and it does a great job of handling tough conditions like snow, mud, etc. There’s also the J20 3/4 ton suspension for serious hauling and towing, plus the towing package so you’re all set.

Perhaps no other surviving 1985 Jeep J10 Pioneer is in as good of shape as this one. The single owner has provided all service records from the time the truck was new, plus the original owner’s manual and maintenance guide. With Jeep trucks already a rarity, and interest in the Jeep brand only climbing, this pickup is an amazing find.
